Our training packages are designed to adapt to your dog's current training level and your desired outcomes. We not only focus on training your dog but also on educating you as the owner.

Your results will depend on your active involvement in working with your dog. For instance, when purchasing 12 sessions, the client does not have to be present at all times if time is an issue.

We cannot be held responsible if your dog does not display the desired behaviors outlined in the training packages. You must continue training your dog outside the sessions to see lasting results. We use various tools and methods to train your dog, and we will introduce and explain these methods to you before introducing them. Using these tools and techniques, we will also teach you how to handle your dog correctly. However, we cannot be held responsible for how you handle your dog with these tools and methods both during and outside of our training sessions.

We will provide real-world situations and scenarios to ensure the best possible outcomes. BNSP 317 employs multiple trainers, who are subject to be substituted at any time within any package purchased. We understand that circumstances can change, but all purchases are nonrefundable unless management approves.

Sessions may be subject to rescheduling at any time due to:

- Inclement weather (rain, heat, snow, etc.)

- Staff health

- Emergencies

- State mandates

Any canceled or rescheduled sessions will always be fulfilled to ensure you receive the total value of your purchase. Customers must complete all training packages within the specified timeframe; no extensions will be granted.
